Nearly six and a half years after the toppling of the Soldiers' Monument, a recent City Council governing body meeting (Feb 24, 2026) discussed the results of a "feasibility study" they commissioned. This explained possibilities, costs, benefits, and risks for the structures future. This is a review of that study and a review of the legal constraints City Council is operating under.
