'Last Ditch' The New Short Film from Local Filmmaker P. Antonio Marquez Highlights the Taos Revolt
Filmmaker P. Antonio Marquez met 505OMATIC at the Santa Fe Plaza, to talk about the history behind his new short film, Last Ditch. The film follows two rebels, a New Mexican and a Native man, on the run during the Taos Revolt. Shot at the Los Luceros historic site north of Española with support from the Santa Fe Film Institute’s Los Luceros Historic Grant, Last Ditch premieres at the Santa Fe International Film Festival on Thursday, October 15, at 8 p.m. at the CCA in Santa Fe, with an Albuquerque premiere at the Guild Cinema on October 19 at 7:30 p.m.
