The Blackstone/PNM decision nears and here's how to speak out

The Blackstone/PNM deal is nearing decision time! And the PRC is giving you a chance to to speak up at the roundhouse on Thursday July 2nd 10 AM. BUT the rules just changed and they’re prioritizing speakers that email them saying they want to be a speaker. Big yikes cause if you don’t act fast certain interests might stack the deck.
