Santa Fe's general plan was last written in 1999. The city is rewriting it now under the name Santa Fe Forward, and the new version will shape where housing goes, how neighborhoods grow, and who gets to stay in them...(and hopefully we won't have to wait another 25 year to re-visit it) At September's Living Room at Jean Cocteau Cinema, we asked what the plan is actually for and whether the people it affects are being heard.
